Truckers Against Trafficking App Privacy Policy

Introduction
Truckers Against Trafficking (“TAT” or “Company” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:
- The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the TAT mobile application (the “App”).
- Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy applies only to information we collect in connection with this App.
This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:
- TAT collects offline.
- You provide to or is collected by any third party (see the section below entitled “THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION COLLECTION”).
Our website, any other apps, and independent third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this App. By downloading, registering with, or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. - Automatically when you use the App. This information is anonymous and App users may opt out of information collection during App usage.

The App does not use cookies or any behavior tracking software.

When you use the App or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to facilitate and track volunteers and their activities, among other things.
Disclosure of Your Information
We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for the third party’s own direct marketing purposes without your express consent.
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual without restriction.
In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, including Facebook.

You may have the opportunity to receive certain communications from us related to our App. If you provide us with your e-mail address in order to receive communications, you can opt out of marketing e-mails at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of our e-mails and adjusting your e-mail preferences. Please note that certain e-mails may be necessary for the operation of our App. You will continue to receive these e-mails, if appropriate, even if you unsubscribe from our optional communications.

You can review and change some of your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page under the Settings Menu.

We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
International Jurisdictions
The App is hosted in the United States of America and is subject to U.S. state and federal law. If you are accessing our App from other jurisdictions, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to us in the United States, and by using our App, you consent to that transfer and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You also agree to abide by the applicable laws of applicable states and U.S. federal law concerning your use of the App and your agreements with us. Any persons accessing our App from any jurisdiction with laws or regulations governing the use of the Internet, including personal data collection, use and disclosure, different from those of the jurisdictions mentioned above may only use the App in a manner lawful in their jurisdiction. If your use of the App would be unlawful in your jurisdiction, you may not use the App.
