APPLETON – A 39-year-old man convicted of trafficking three women through brutal means was sentenced Monday to 60 years in prison followed by 30 years on extended supervision.

Willie G. Allison tailored his tactics to the vulnerabilities of each woman to manipulate and control them, Assistant Attorney General Peter Hahn told the court. The tactics included beatings and controlling their access to drugs.

“He recruited them, he set the rules, he took photographs, he posted them on Backpage, he negotiated dates and the one common theme for all of them was that he always got the money, all of the money,” Hahn said. “He was a true predator. He preyed on their vulnerabilities and used different means of control. He used threats of physical force. He caused injury.”
