North Dakota TAT of the Week
Our Trucker Against Trafficking highlight for the #sTATe of the week, North Dakota, is Justin John! Justin is an owner operator for S & S Transportation out of Grand Forks.
When we asked him why he is a TAT he said, “I’m a TAT because several years ago I rescued a trafficked woman from a Phoenix, AZ truck stop. This woman was scared and malnourished and had been beaten by her pimp. From that point forward I knew there was a call for me to be proactive. To this day I have helped three different people. I’m also an EMT and have much compassion for people.”
Thank you so much for caring about your fellow human beings and for recognizing the importance of being proactive in the fight against human trafficking. We’re glad to have you as a TAT!
